Once all payments have successfully processed, application reviewed and credit check has been received, then a member of Brio Properties will reach out to you regarding the next steps in the process.
Upon signing the lease, all applicants will be required to go through Pet Screening whether they have a pet a not. Please see the links below to submit your Pet Screening.
