Lee has over 25 years experience in property management and holds the CCIM designation, awarded by the CCIM Institute, and the CPM (Certified Property Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designations, awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Lee is also a past recipient of the CAPS (Certified Apartment Property Supervisor) designation, awarded by the National Apartment Association.

Lee volunteers in the community, currently serving as an adviser to the Orlando Health Women's Advisory Council and on the Board of Directors of the Coalition for the Homeless and The City of Orlando Mayor's Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission. She is also a past president of The Junior League of Greater Orlando and served on the board of the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools.
